Emer is based in Cavan and is a qualified Indian Head Massage therapist and Reiki Master. She also holds the ITEC qualification in Anatomy & Physiology and Business Unit 22.

Emer first qualified in Indian Head Massage in early 2011 and from there continued on to study Reiki and completed all three levels to become a Reiki Master in early 2012. Emer is a member of Reiki Federation of Ireland.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a universal healing energy. It is a method of natural healing which is centred on universal life force energy and is regarded as life force energy at its most effective. It is a natural, safe and non intrusive therapy. It promotes healing on a spiritual, emotional, mental and physical level by allowing the body, mind and spirit the relaxation it requires to heal itself through the gentle life force energy coming from the practitioners hands.
