One-to-One: Tailored programmes to suit your individual needs. Cost: €60 for one session or book three sessions for just €150
Two-to-One: Tailored programmes to suit you and your training buddy. Cost: €80 (€40 each) for one session or book three for only €200 (€100 each)
Group Fitness Classes and Costs
4-in-1 Fit Class: Maximum class size is 10, six week term / six classes Cost: €75
Option 1: Starts Monday 6th September,
6 weeks, 6 classes

I have always been interested in exercise and keeping fit. The feel good factor after exercising has encouraged me to keep it up ever since.
I returned to DCU as a mature
student (at the age of 34). I successfully completed with distinction
level 1, National Certificate in Exercise and Fitness. I worked in a Northside
gym and returned to DCU to complete again with distinction the National
Certificate in Exercise and Fitness, level 2 in Personal Training. This
is when I decided to work for myself as a personal trainer. I thoroughly
enjoy motivating clients to reach their goals by offering exercise programmes
to suit individual needs and enjoy witnessing how the benefits of exercise
can improve their quality of their lives.
