About Reiki & Seichem

Reiki is an ancient, Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a non-intrusive hands-on complementary energy therapy. Reiki reduces stress and enhances the body's own innate ability to heal itself on all levels.

Seichem (pronounced Say Chem) is of Egyptian descent and originates from the same source as Reiki. Seichem includes Reiki, but is a stronger system and with additional clearing power and encourages a faster and more dramatic healing.

Reiki & Seichem energy can encourage the release of emotional and physical pain and energy blocks, to help you enjoy better health and a more relaxed, balanced, and harmonious, life.

How Reiki & Seichem Work

We all have an energy field (aura) surrounding our physical body. As we go through life we place demands on our energy field. By working with our seven major energy centres (Chakras), Reiki energy restores the natural energetic balance of the body, providing deep relaxation, activating our own natural healing ability and bringing a sense of peace and well-being to body and mind. Whilst a Reiki healing stimulates Earth energy and focuses on balancing the Chakra system, a Seichem healing also activates, Fire, Water and Air energy - clearing the chakras & cleansing the aura, and thus greatly enhancing the healing power of a treatment.

Distance Healing Reiki Sessions

Where it's not possible or practical to attend for a Reiki session in person, Reiki can also be sent to you over any distance and provides the same benefit as a hands-on Reiki healing session. A 60 minute distance healing session costs €60 and a 30 minute distance healing session costs €40
