Reiki

The method of healing Mikao Usui named Reiki originated in ancient Buddhist healing practices. Direct links between Reiki symbols and certain mantras and yantras of another ancient healing system practiced and taught by Seiji Takamori.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy".

Dr Mikao Usui also taught the five principles of Reiki, he guided us in terms of healing our thoughts:
