What is Hopi Ear Candling?

At Spiritual Harmony we only use biosun candles which are the only ear candles that have the safety kite mark. The candle is handmade and only contains natural ingredients consisting of pure bees wax, honey extract, traditional herbs such as sage, St Johns Wort, camomile and pure essential oils.

What Happens During a Hopi Ear Candling Treatment

You will be lying on your side and made extremely comfortable. A candle will be placed in your ear and is never painful, in fact clients report to be mentally & physically relaxed with a majority falling asleep. Hopi ear candling originated with the Native American Indian tribe known as "the Hopi's" meaning "peace people" and was carried out as a medical ceremony.

Essential oils will be used during the treatment and have a beneficial effect on the nervous system, calming, uplifting and soothing. You will feel extremely relaxed and pain relieving endorphins and the mood enhancing chemical serotonin is released.

After the candling a lymph drainage massage will be done to further promote the benefits on the treatment. It will be finished with a relaxing foot massage to ground you and finally balance the chakras.
