A Reiki Master serving the County Mayo area from her clinic in Milltown. She is a qualified practitioner in Tera-Mai Reiki trained by Reiki Master & Teacher from Enfield. She uses Reiki to treat Mayo clients that have a wide range of ailments and conditions. She is also an Indian Head Massage therapist.
Her desire is to provide a relaxed, tranquil and safe environment for her Mayo clients that come to her when their energies are low. Reiki will help you get back on track and be better able to cope with the difficulties life is putting you through.
Sometimes she will conduct a short guided meditation with clients before or after the session if they would like some extra time to relax - but only if they have the time and feel they need it.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is the ancient art of hands-on healing. It is a universal energy that is channelled into the client’s body through a Reiki practitioner’s hands. It is a very mild yet extremely powerful holistic therapy, that is extremelyy useful for emotional, physical and spiritual healing. Reiki is appropriate for everybody regardless of their beliefs.

What is involved in a Reiki Session?
For your first Reiki session will ask you to lie down on the therapy table. If lying down is not possible then it is possible to conduct your treatment in a seated position or even while standing.
You should wear very comfortable clothing. Throughout your Reiki session will very delicately lay her hands on, or just above, various parts of your body with a particular focus on the chakra system. Throughout your Reiki session will work on your chakra energy system which will clear any blockages from your body.
Most Mayo clients complete their Reiki session feeling deeply relaxed with a sense of well being and feeling energised. In some cases clients have reported to Noreen a sensation of a healing heat in the problem area(s).
